A British native with an extensive career as a Civil Service Decision Maker, John has spent many years working at the heart of government operations, contributing to public service delivery and policy enforcement. His professional journey includes international research and collaboration with diverse cultures, giving him a deep understanding of the evolving needs of modern Britain.
In 2023, recognising the growing need for a skilled and competent workforce to meet the UK’s social and economic demands, John established Britwis Limited. With a distinguished academic and professional background in both law and human resource management, Vichithra has extensive experience navigating UK and international labour markets, employment bureaus, and immigration frameworks. He is a Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)-regulated legal professional in England and Wales, and also holds deep expertise in international trade and commercial law.
His dual capability in legal and recruitment leadership makes her an indispensable figure within Britwis. Vichithra ensures that all recruitment activities are fully compliant with UK employment law, immigration requirements, and ethical standards. He works closely with candidates, clients, and business partners to uphold excellence, transparency, and compliance at every stage of the hiring and onboarding process.
