A British native with an extensive career as a Civil Service Decision Maker, John has spent many years working at the heart of government operations, contributing to public service delivery and policy enforcement. His professional journey includes international research and collaboration with diverse cultures, giving him a deep understanding of the evolving needs of modern Britain.

In 2023, recognising the growing need for a skilled and competent workforce to meet the UK’s social and economic demands, John established Britwis Limited. His mission is clear: to develop a well-trained, knowledgeable workforce within the UK that contributes meaningfully to the economy and society.

John firmly believes that those born in the country should feel a strong sense of duty to give back and support its growth. With a distinguished academic and professional background in both law and human resource management, Vichithra has extensive experience navigating UK and international labour markets, employment bureaus, and immigration frameworks. He is a Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)-regulated legal professional in England and Wales, and also holds deep expertise in international trade and commercial law.

His dual capability in legal and recruitment leadership makes him an indispensable figure within Britwis. Vichithra ensures that all recruitment activities are fully compliant with UK employment law, immigration requirements, and ethical standards. He works closely with candidates, clients, and business partners to uphold excellence, transparency, and compliance at every stage of the hiring and onboarding process.

Eranga Dilshan Somasundara serves as the Business Development Executive at Britwis Limited, where he plays a key role in driving the company’s strategic growth, expanding global partnerships, and strengthening its position in the international education, training, and business consulting sectors.

With extensive experience spanning education, business development, digital marketing, information technology, and strategic planning, Eranga brings a diverse skill set that supports Britwis’ mission of delivering innovative, high-quality services to clients worldwide.

He holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Education in recognition of his contribution to education and professional development. Throughout his career, he has successfully trained and mentored over 100,000 learners through both online and classroom-based learning programmes, helping individuals develop professional skills and achieve their educational and career aspirations.

Prior to joining Britwis, Eranga was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of London International Campus (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka, where he led educational innovation, established international academic partnerships, and developed programmes focused on improving access to quality education. His leadership contributed significantly to the institution’s growth and reputation within the education sector.

In addition to his educational expertise, Eranga holds a Master’s qualification in Digital Marketing, with specialist knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), digital transformation, brand development, strategic marketing, and business growth planning. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Software Engineer at Ceylon Linux, Sri Lanka, providing him with a strong foundation in technology, software systems, and digital solutions.
